Professional Qualifications
Prior to assuming her current management role,
Ms. Wenger had over 25 years experience in a wide
variety of complex commercial litigation, with particular expertise in attorney ethics and liability. She has
litigated in state and federal courts, at both
the trial and appellate levels, before administrative bodies and has resolved
many disputes through mediation and arbitration.
Ms. Wenger has lectured on trial advocacy skills, legal
malpractice issues and law firm management. In addition to professional
organizations in San Francisco, she is a member
of the Litigation and Law Practice Management Sections of the California Bar
Association and the American Bar Association.
