Mr. Linderman is a member of the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation, Government Contracts and Construction Law Practice Groups.
Professional Qualifications
Along with his litigation practice, Mr. Linderman has extensive experience in federal, state and local procurement matters. He represents clients in contract negotiations, preparing and negotiating contract claims, bid protests, contract terminations, civil and criminal fraud investigations, litigation, and arbitration (including international ICC arbitration). Mr. Linderman also advises clients regarding regulatory and accounting compliance. These clients range from major high-tech and defense contractors to multinational engineering and construction contractors.
Before joining Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, Mr. Linderman was a litigation partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP and SNR Denton LLP. He also served as law clerk to the Honorable Aldon J. Anderson, United States District Court, District of Utah. Mr. Linderman is admitted to the Bar of the State of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association Public Contract Law Section.

Litigation to enforce a contract to manufacture and construct a computer monitoring and control system for the City and County of San Francisco Water System
Claims relating to the construction of the Navy’s Bob Hope Class cargo ships
Termination claims and litigation relating to space-based missile interceptor guidance systems, part of the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI)
