Mr. Chen is a member of the Government Contracts, Retail Industry Trade Regulation and Environmental Law Practice Groups.
Professional Qualifications
Mr. Chen’s practice focuses on government contracts litigation and retail trade regulation.
Mr. Chen has experience with bid protests and contract disputes at both the federal and state level. Mr. Chen also advises clients on a variety of contract management and procurement issues such as Defense Priorities and Allocation System, Buy America, and Anti-Kickback Act requirements, among others.
In addition, Mr. Chen counsels retailers on compliance with RCRA hazardous waste management and California’s Medical Waste Management Act, as well as compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations affecting their operations and sales of particular products.
During law school, Mr. Chen served as a staff editor of the Review of Law and Social Change. He has also been involved in the Asian-American community, having founded an Asian affinity group at a prior law firm and served previously as the social chair of the NYU Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association.
