Areas of Practice
Mr. Callahan is a member of the firm’s Government Contracts and Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Professional Qualifications
Mr. Callahan’s practice focuses on government contracts litigation. He has extensive contract and accounting dispute experience involving aircraft sales and maintenance agreements, and financial derivatives related to construction bonds and metals sales. He has drafted dispositive and appellate briefs in state and federal court and before other dispute resolution bodies.
Mr. Callahan also has significant experience drafting technical documents and correspondence to government agencies designed to avoid disputes involving highly regulated segments of the telecommunications industry. Additionally, he has litigated and negotiated resolution of intellectual property disputes involving patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
Mr. Callahan frequently contributes to bar publications and scholarly journals. Among other publications, his articles have appeared in the William & Mary Law Review, Cardozo Law Review, Legal Times (Washington), New York Law Journal, and The Federal Lawyer.
