Ms. Blessing is a member of the Environmental Law Practice Group.
Professional Qualifications
For the past ten years, Ms. Blessing has specialized in environmental litigation. She represents both entities and individuals in federal and state court and before regulatory agencies. She has experience in cases arising under CERCLA, RCRA, CEQA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Proposition 65, and California common law. Prior to her focus on environmental litigation, Ms. Blessing litigated employment discrimination cases in federal and state court.
Ms. Blessing is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of California, the Environmental Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the American Bar Association.
