Ms. Baker is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Retail Industry Trade Regulation Practice Groups.
Professional Qualifications
Ms. Baker currently practices general commercial litigation and has experience in all aspects of the civil litigation process. Prior to joining Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, Ms. Baker specialized in labor and employment matters. During law school she served as a judicial extern at the Northern District of California. Her academic honors include: Witkin Award for Academic Excellence (Criminal Procedure) and Ehrman Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Ms. Baker is a member of the Asian American Bar Association (AABA).
